  • What is my deposit used for? And why is it non-refundable?

    Your deposit goes to purchasing your hair and products.

  • What do I do if I want a different hair color other than your standard 1B?

    You can put in the description when booking that you would like a different color and the number of the color as well.

  • Do you ever provide custom braiding designs?

    Yes of course! When booking your appointment book under “Custom Style” and send the picture to my email (linked on the booking page) so I can see what you would like to get done. There will be a standard price and depending on what you get it will go up or down in cost.

  • Do you offer other services other than braiding?

    Even though I am mostly known for braids I also can do wigs instals, pony tails, microlinks and more. You can send an email asking if you have questions on what I can provide.

  • What should I do for after-care to maintain the style for as long as possible?

    Even though braids are low maintenance there are things you can do to make them just stretch that extra week. Make sure you wrap your hair before bed time and use a bonnet as well. If you want you can also get satin pillowcases so it minimizes the tug on your hair. Also mousse can help to tame any frizz.

  • Where do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

    When you book you receive a confirmation email, on that email there should be an option to reschedule your appointment or cancel.
